Company Mission Statement

At Home Buddha, our mission is to transform homeownership into a pathway for a happier, healthier, and more prosperous life. We empower homeowners with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to care for their homes with confidence—turning everyday spaces into sanctuaries of well-being, efficiency, and financial strength.

We believe a home is more than a place to live—it’s the foundation for personal growth, peace of mind, and long-term wealth. By simplifying home care, promoting mindful living, and unlocking the hidden value within every property, we help homeowners reduce stress, improve their quality of life, and build lasting financial security.

Through innovation, education, and a deep commitment to our community, Home Buddha guides homeowners to live smarter, healthier, and more intentionally—so their homes can truly take care of them in return.

Company History

Home Buddha was founded by Tracy Barber, a seasoned real estate expert with a deep passion for helping people navigate one of life’s most meaningful investments—their home. Through years of hands-on experience working with buyers, sellers, and homeowners, Tracy saw firsthand that homeownership often came with unnecessary stress, confusion, and missed opportunities for both well-being and wealth building.

Drawing on her extensive background in real estate and her client-first philosophy, Tracy recognized a gap in the industry: while there were countless resources for transactions, there was no cohesive system designed to support the full lifecycle of homeownership—from purchase to long-term care to eventual sale. She envisioned something more holistic—an approach that treated the home not just as a financial asset, but as a central pillar of a person’s health, happiness, and financial future.

Over the past three years, Home Buddha has been steadily evolving from that vision into a purpose-driven company. What began as a concept rooted in real estate expertise has grown into a broader mission to redefine how people experience owning a home. Through continuous learning, client insights, and real-world application, the company has developed innovative ways to simplify and improve every stage of the journey.

Today, Home Buddha stands at the intersection of real estate, home management, and personal well-being—committed to creating better systems, smarter tools, and more supportive experiences for buyers, sellers, and homeowners alike. As the company continues to grow, its foundation remains rooted in Tracy’s original goal: to empower people to live happier, healthier, and wealthier lives through the homes they own.

Brian Vocino, Director of Partnerships

Home Buddha was founded by Tracy Barber, a dedicated real estate expert whose career has been built on guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives—buying, selling, and caring for their homes. With years of hands-on experience and a reputation for putting clients first, Tracy has helped countless individuals and families navigate the complexities of the real estate market with confidence and clarity.

Through his work, Tracy recognized that homeownership doesn’t end at the closing table. Many homeowners are left without the tools, knowledge, or systems to truly manage, maintain, and maximize their investment. At the same time, buyers and sellers often face unnecessary stress due to fragmented processes and a lack of holistic support.

Driven by a desire to change that experience, Tracy founded Home Buddha to create a more thoughtful, empowering approach to homeownership. By combining his real estate expertise with a broader vision of wellness, organization, and financial growth, he set out to build a platform that supports homeowners at every stage of their journey.

Today, Home Buddha reflects Tracy’s belief that a home should be more than just a transaction—it should be a source of stability, well-being, and long-term prosperity. His mission continues to shape the company’s direction as it develops innovative ways to help people live happier, healthier, and wealthier lives through smarter homeownership.
